Your firm gets nudged to pick a plan via Stripe Payment Links. We never auto-charge — you choose to upgrade. Trial-ending alerts start at day 11.
Do you support QuickBooks Online?+
Not yet. Xero ships first. QBO is the next integration on the roadmap (planned v1.1).
What happens to client data?+
Documents live in your private Supabase storage bucket. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never log PII.
Will my SMB clients need to sign up?+
No login. They get a magic link. Takes seconds, even from a phone — no app to install.
