Use of ChaseDesk is subject to these terms. This is a placeholder document — replace with one reviewed by counsel before launch.

Acceptable use

ChaseDesk may only be used to chase your own bookkeeping clients for documents you have a legitimate business need for. Do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

Liability

ChaseDesk is provided "as is" during the MVP period. We push entries into your Xero org based on AI predictions; you are responsible for reviewing and approving categorizations before close.
